As Human Resources Department of AltanHidrolik, we plan various trainings in the direction of organizational requirements, quality policy, company targets and personal objectives of our personnel for our each personnel at every stage of our organization and we evaluate the efficiency of these trainings.
All of our personnel have right to demand training they need from Human Resources.
Our trainings are classified as Vocational Training, Technical Training, Information Technologies Trainings, Quality Management Systems Trainings and Personal Development Trainings. In technical and vocational trainings, practice is done after theoretical training.
