DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING

There is a risk of injury for not conducting business as necessary regarding under pressure Hydraulic System components, Hoses, Connection Hoses and Fasteners!

There is risk of harming nature and the environment due to components used in the systems!

● Do not try to demount under pressure Hydraulic System components, Hoses, Hydraulic Connection Hoses and Fasteners, to disassemble components of this class or cut those (there is a high chance of explosion).

● Observe the operating rules of the respective manufacturers.

● Before demounting or disassembling under pressure Hydraulic System components, Hoses, Connection Hoses, Connection Pipes, and Fasteners make sure to unload the pressure and pressure medium material in the System.

● Absolutely use proper protective equipment during demounting (protective glass, safety shoes, protective gloves, service uniform, etc.).

● After demounting Hydraulic System components, Hoses, Connection Hoses, Connection Pipes, Fasteners, it is absolutely required to load the fluids in those into protective containers in a way that would not harm the environment or external environment.

● There should be no spilled liquid present in the work area, environment, place present.

Environmental protection and waste disposal! The pressured environment materials used in the workings of the product are generally harmful (liquids other than water and air) to the environment and damaging for the natural life cycle. Dispose of the environmentally harmful environmental materials separate from other wastes. Observe the obligations and provisions of the country where the products are located. Careless disposal of the Hydraulic System Components, Connection Pipes, Fasteners and also packaging material might cause environmental pollution. Wastes should be separated according to waste codes, recorded in writing and delivered to licensed recycling facilities in return for paperwork.

Careless disposal of hydraulic components and hydraulic fluid carries the risk of polluting the environment. The product and hydraulic fluid must be disposed of in accordance with the national regulations of the country in which you are located. Dispose of hydraulic fluid residues in accordance with the safety rules applicable to these hydraulic fluids. Hydraulic components must be disposed of in a way that does not harm the environment and nature and must be given to licensed recycling facilities according to waste codes.

Recycling; Due to the high metal content, hydraulic products mainly consist of recyclable materials. To achieve the optimum level of metal recovery, the product must be disassembled and separated into components. Metals in electrical and electronic building groups can also be recovered by a special separation method.
