CLARIFICATION TEXT ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

As Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş. we would like to inform you per the 10th article of the Law titled “Data Responsible Clarification Obligation” as the Data Responsible title holder regarding the Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) published on Official Gazette No 29677 and dated 07.04.2016 for the purposes of defining the obligations of the natural and legal persons who process personal data and to protect basic rights and freedoms of the persons on the processing of personal data primarily the right of privacy

DATA RESPONSIBLE AND ITS REPRESENTATIVE 

As Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş., with the data responsible title, we may process, record, store, classify, update, and disclose/transfer your personal data under the lawfulness and fairness rules to 3rd persons when allowed by the legislation and/or limited by the processing purpose.

PROCESSING PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA

As Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş., we process your data so you may benefit from our provided service, per the basic principles arranged in the KVKK and relevant legislation, with your explicit consent and/or in connection to circumstances set forth in the KVKK art. 5/2, primarily the legal legislation we are subjected to. In the scope of the services provided by Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş., in order for us to allow you to benefit from these services we provide, your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:

• Fulfilling the requirements of commercial activities carried out by our company, and the performance of the service, and ensuring that the relevant persons benefit from the products and services offered by our company,
• Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units of our company and conducting the related business processes and making reports,
• Determining and implementing our company's commercial, operational, and business strategies,
• Planning and realizing personalized sales and marketing activities,
• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of third parties who have a business relationship with our company and/or suppliers, the products and services offered by our company, and to follow the legal processes and establish, using and protecting the rights arising from the legislation,
• Ensuring that our company activities are conducted per the company procedures or relevant legislation
• Planning, auditing and execution of corporate sustainability, corporate governance, strategic planning and data security processes; ensuring business continuity,
• Execution of works and management of relations with our business partners in sectors that differ according to needs,
• Fulfillment of information sharing, reporting and informing obligations stipulated by the public institutions and all authorities,
• Fulfillment of information and document retention obligations arising from legal legislation,
• Carrying out the planning and statistical activities required by our company,
• Determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies,
• Execution of our finance, communication, market research and purchasing operations,
• Maintaining in-house system and application management operations,
• In order to manage our legal processes and to provide you with an uninterrupted better and reliable service, your data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the 5th and 6th articles of Law No. 6698,

Along with those mentioned above your data may be processed to be in contact with you, our beloved customer in order to provide you with all kinds of products and services, also if you permit, to be used under the advertisement, product/service offers, marketing and campaign activities, also to develop products and services specifically for you, to perform customer satisfaction researches, for our company’s current or new product researches and market research, focus customer group detection, etc. purposes.

It is securely stored in physical and electronic media for a suitable period of time in accordance with the processing purpose. For that purpose, Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş. acts in accordance with its obligations stipulated in all legal legislation, especially KVKK.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL JUSTIFICATION        

Your personal data will be collected by our Company under the above-given purposes and in all kinds of the verbal, written or electronic environment (documents, contracts and written forms for the physical environment; corporate web site, e-mail, internal software, complaint management system, audible and visual recording system for the electronic environment).

Your collected personal data may be collected, processed under the personal data processing principles and terms defined under the 4th, 5th, and 6th article of Law no 6698, and also under the purposes defined in this Clarification Text and may be transferred per the 8th and 9th Articles of the Law No 6698.

TRANSFERRED PARTIES OF THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSFER PURPOSE 

Your personal data purposed under the above-mentioned purposes may be transferred to; regulatory and supervisory offices, relevant public institutions, labor law and persons or institutions permitted by all other relevant legislation provisions, limited by the requested purposes per its legal authority to the legally authorized public and private legal juridical entities, to the advisories, auditors and services providers of our company per the personal data processing terms and purposes defined in the 8th and 9th Articles of the Law no 6698.

Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş. will store the records and documents regarding to its transaction made with its customers; and in case that you would like to have your personal data deleted, destroyed or anonymized your request will be fulfilled by Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş. after the term defined under legal regulations; yet for the term defined above your personal data will not be processed by Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş., and will not be shared by third persons unless required by national and international laws, regulations and agreements.  

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED PERSON

In the case that the party of this Agreement is a real person the Customer, or in the case that it is a legal person then the Customer’s representatives may use the following rights by applying to Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş. Per the amendment under the 11th article of Law No 6698.

• Learn whether or not their personal data has been processed.
• If their personal data had been processed to request information on that.
• Learn the processing purpose of the personal data and learn whether they were used per their purpose.
• Learn the third persons to which their personal data was transferred both domestically and internationally.
• Request the correction on those in the case that they were processed deficiently or wrongly.
• Demand the deletion or destruction of their personal data.
• In case of the correction, deletion or destruction of their personal data to request these processes to be relayed to the data transferred third persons.
• Object any result emerging against them by the processing of the personal information by the means of analysis only by automatic systems.
• In case that they are damaged as a result of unlawful processing of the personal data to demand indemnification.

The request relayed on that scope shall be fulfilled by Altan Hidrolik Müh. San. Tic. A.Ş. within thirty days at maximum. However, in the case that a fee is set forth by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by our Company shall be collected.
