The structure of rubber hydraulic hoses composes of several layers. The types and duties of these layers are as followings.
1. Internal Rubber Layer
It is produced by pulling of pulpwood synthetic rubber. It provides fluid, which will pass through the hose, to be kept in internal part of the hose.
2. Reinforcing Layer
This layer may be produced from steel wire or textile and it provides pressure resistance for hose. There are two types of hoses produced from steel wire layer according to wire braiding type as wire braided and spiral braided. Hoses with textile reinforcing layer are braided. This layer may be more than one according to the operating pressure of the hose.
3. Dispersion Layer
This layer is among reinforcing layers. It helps reinforcing layers to stick each other.
4. External Rubber Layer
It helps reinforcing layers in the hose to be protected from external effects.
