ALTAN HİDROLİK constantly invests in machines designed according to the new technology in the world, which it uses in its production processes.
ALTAN HIDROLIK uses a 3D measuring system and produces on CNC pipe bending machines by transferring the measurement data and technical drawings created in the R&D department with appropriate programs in the computer environment.
Studies are carried out considering criteria such as providing efficiency conditions, providing optimum solutions, conforming to quality standards, and ergonomic structure in hydraulic power unit designs.
In Mobile Vehicle Applications, engineering calculations and 3D format designs are made in accordance with the needs of the customers in order to provide the desired functions in our R&D and engineering department.
In Industrial Applications, in accordance with the needs of the customers, our R&D and engineering department also performs engineering calculations and 3D format designs to provide the desired Functions.
After the assembly works, tests are carried out in accordance with the standards, flushing and system cleaning processes are carried out.
Current technology developments are closely followed in hydraulic project designs and assembly processes, and new technology machinery, materials, and process applications are used.
